Job summary

H&R Block in Wheeling, West Virginia is seeking a recruiter to help build strong tax office teams. You will recruit Tax Associate candidates, screen applicants, and engage them through the onboarding lifecycle to ensure offices are staffed with qualified associates.

You will coordinate interviews, support ongoing education and training for staff, and plan open houses and career fairs—both virtual and in-person—to attract top talent for our offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Self-starter with the willingness to learn new skills and work independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually.
• Experience with computer systems and technology (i.e., Microsoft Office, Teams).
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent or higher.

About The Role
