Job summary

Wyoming Department of Family Services seeks an experienced Social Services District Program Manager to lead district operations, supervise staff, and oversee budgets within a $5–$10 million range. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Services.
• 2–4 years of progressive experience in Social Services Programs at the Program Manager I level.
• 5–7 years with substitution for the same level.
• Knowledge of CPS/APS/Juvenile Services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide district leadership and supervision to staff across multiple offices.
• Oversee field office operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate agency-wide for quality assurance and case guidance.
• Manage district budget between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
• Foster community partnerships and support staff in managing secondary trauma.
