What’s a day in the life of a District Shift Leader?

They perform management duties at a home location, support other bakeries, and may travel to gain independence and learn from other leaders. Shifts start as early as 3 am, and you will lead by example, coaching teams, ensuring high-quality food, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The development plan includes training in inventory management, vendor relations, cash handling, P&L analysis, food and labor cost control, scheduling, and recruiting. Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

What We’re Looking for:

• Leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
