Role Overview

The District Shift Leader participates in a management development plan aiming to prepare for a General Manager role. The position involves supporting multiple locations, leading shifts, coaching teams, and learning restaurant administrative duties. Shifts start as early as 3am, and the role includes traveling within the market.

Responsibilities

• Perform management duties at assigned bakery and support others as needed.
• Lead by example, coach, and train team members.
• Participate in training for inventory, vendor orders, cash management, and other administrative tasks.
• Support the achievement of food cost, labor targets, and recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification by end of development plan if not already certified
