What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Hire, develop, and retain talent to foster a high-performance culture through field coaching and strategic guidance
- Build and execute a District Sales business plan to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies based on market insights and competition
- Promote and sell minimally invasive therapies products to achieve sales targets within assigned accounts
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of medical device sales and leadership experience, or advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in managing budgets and financial activities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and collaborate across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 5 years of medical sales/marketing experience, with at least 3 years of experience at the employer
- At least 3 years of direct management experience
- Successful completion of a leadership development program at the employer
- Business acumen and knowledge of energy and surgical devices markets
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and solve problems effectively
