Role Overview

Wyffels Hybrids is seeking a motivated full-time District Sales Manager to lead our team in Linn & Jones counties, Iowa. This role focuses on building relationships with corn growers and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with current and prospective customers in your territory.
  • Provide tailored solutions on product selection, placement, and agronomics.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate independent Seed Representatives.
  • Develop strategies to increase market share and demand.
  • Implement company programs to maximize sales, ROI, and customer success.
  • Gather and share market insights to guide product and sales strategies.
  • Represent Wyffels at field days, meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate on on-farm trials, inventory management, and departmental projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture or related field; residence within territory required.
  • 3-5 years of seed sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and communication skills; proficiency with technology.
  • Knowledge of seed corn marketing and ability to provide expert advice.
