The District Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and performance-managing a team of Territory Sales Managers to deliver revenue growth, market share gains, and consistent field execution across an assigned district. This role is the primary people leader and execution enabler within the district, translating regional strategy into disciplined territory‑level action. The District Sales Manager balances field leadership, coaching, and business management, ensuring Territory Sales Managers operate with a clear ownership mindset, strong fundamentals, and consistent execution standards. Success in this role is measured by results delivered through others, not individual selling activity.

This is a field‑based leadership role operating from a home office. The District Sales Manager spends significant time traveling within the assigned district to coach Territory Sales Managers, visit distributors and customers, and support key jobsite activity. Work environments include distributor facilities, customer offices, industrial and construction jobsites, and meeting venues.
