About The Role
District Sales Manager
Missouri Territory (Remote)
Reports to: National Sales Manager
District Sales Manager to lead our Field Sales team across the Missouri territory. In this key leadership role, you’ll coach, support, and grow a team of Field Sales Representatives while managing key accounts and driving performance across the region. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape team culture, customer engagement, and revenue outcomes—all while working closely with executive leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives across the Missouri territory
- Spend 25–50% of your time in the field providing coaching, building customer relationships, and modeling effective sales practices
- Drive revenue growth by managing key accounts and executing regional sales strategies
- Conduct recurring 1-on-1s to review rep performance, account status, and pipeline health
- Monitor sales reports and activity metrics to identify opportunities, gaps, and trends
- Ensure team proficiency in internal systems, including P21, Rippling, and Badger
- Reinforce the Company’s sales methodology through consistent field coaching and accountability
- Partner with leadership to recruit, hire, and onboard new sales talent
- Collaborate with neighboring District Sales Managers on shared goals and initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 year in a sales management or leadership role
- Experience coaching and developing field-based sales professionals
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems; experience with P21, Rippling, and Badger preferred
- Strong understanding of pipeline development, margin management, and sales metrics
- Background in industrial, MRO, or automotive-related sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree

Additional Requirements
- Remote-based with regular travel across the assigned Illinois territory
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
