Performance Foodservice, a PFG broadline distributor, seeks an experienced sales supervisor to oversee district sales staff, contribute to the region's sales plan, and drive profitability and accounts receivable performance.
You will lead staffing, training, and coaching, develop product knowledge, and present major accounts at industry events. A valid driver's license and 4–6 years in foodservice sales are required.
Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.
Responsible for supervising the activities of the sales staff assigned to their district. Participates in the establishment of the region's sales plan and accountable for the sales and profitability and accounts receivable performance of their district. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
