Performance Food Group seeks a sales supervisor in Wisconsin to oversee the district's sales staff and drive profitable growth. You will help establish the region's sales plan, lead coaching sessions, and ensure great service to a diverse customer base.
Responsibilities include staff development, budget adherence, and collaboration with internal teams to meet goals. A valid driver's license and several years in foodservice sales are required.
Responsible for supervising the activities of the sales staff assigned to their district. Participates in the establishment of the region’s sales plan and accountable for the sales and profitability and accounts receivable performance of their district. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
4-6 years foodservice sales and team lead or supervisory experience
Valid driver's license
