Job summary

Victra is seeking a District Manager to lead roughly 10–15 Verizon stores across the district. You will mentor sales teams, recruit, train, and supervise Store Managers while ensuring policies are followed and merchandising standards are met.

The role requires significant travel (75%), a strong retail leadership background, and a focus on achieving sales targets. Competitive compensation includes base pay and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in retail sales.
• 4+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 10–15 store locations with coaching and direction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise Store Managers district-wide.
• Monitor staffing levels and drive sales through coaching.
• Ensure adherence to Victra policies and procedures at all stores.
• Collaborate with Regional Director on district status and needs.
• Oversee merchandising, displays, inventory, and shrinkage.
• Travel regularly to visit stores and audit operations.
