Job summary

Foundation Building Materials is seeking a District Sales Manager- Doors, Windows, and Hardware to drive revenue growth across multiple locations within an assigned district. You will lead and develop Sales Team Members, execute sales strategies, and strengthen customer relationships while aligning with operations.

The role requires 5–10+ years of sales leadership, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of leadership experience in sales in multi-location or distribution environments.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and achieving targets.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with forecasting experience.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly and indirectly supervise Sales Team Members and their teams across the district, ensuring effective leadership coverage of multiple locations with a focus on Doors, Windows and Hardware.
• Develop and execute district-wide sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Build and expand key customer relationships, including contractors, builders, and strategic accounts.
• Track and analyze sales metrics, forecasts, and trends across the district; develop reporting tools.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to align inventory, staffing, and service levels with sales demand.
