RBC Bearings in Detroit is seeking a District Sales Engineer to drive growth across Northern Indian and Western Michigan, building strong customer relationships, researching needs, and promoting RBC Bearings' products and services to OEMs and end users.
The successful candidate will combine field sales with technical insight, travel for on-site visits, and the ability to translate industrial requirements into tailored solutions, while meeting or exceeding sales goals and expanding market share.
RBC Bearings is currently seeking a dynamic and results‑driven District Sales Engineer with a high level of energy, passion, and motivation. The District Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and researching customer needs, and effectively promoting and applying RBC Bearings' products and services. This role requires proactive sales engagement, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements while driving business growth.
