As a District Sales and Operations Manager, you are dedicated to driving both sales and operations with integrity. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales and operations of up to 12 retail locations within your district.
  • Establish responsibilities and processes for your team to standardize operations and measure results.
  • Ensure compliance with United Wireless policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Drive your team to achieve goals despite obstacles through coaching and development.
  • Create a positive, open environment focusing on recognition, performance management, and team building.
  • Manage recruitment, retention, development, and accountability of staff.
  • Analyze profit and loss to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Build relationships with key partners to support market success.
  • Model high standards of integrity to foster a district culture aligned with company values.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
  • 2-5 years of management experience in a high-volume environment, including supervising associates.
  • 2-5 years of sales and sales management experience.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
