Job Overview
As a District Sales and Operations Manager, you are dedicated to driving both sales and operations with integrity. Key Responsibilities
As the District Sales and Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of up to 12 retail locations within your district. You'll establish clear responsibilities and processes for your team to standardize operations and measure results. You'll ensure compliance with United Wireless policies, procedures, and standards, while driving your team to achieve goals despite any obstacles. Through coaching and development, you'll create a positive, open environment for both employees and customers, focusing on recognition, performance management, and team building. You'll manage all aspects of people responsibilities, including recruitment, retention, development, and accountability, while addressing district challenges from multiple perspectives. Additionally, you'll analyze profit and loss to identify opportunities and performance gaps, build relationships with key partners to support market success, and model high standards of integrity to foster a district culture aligned with United Wireless' core values. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are required to meet the needs of the role. Candidates should have 2-5 years of management experience in a high-volume environment, including supervising associates. Additionally, 2-5 years of sales and sales management experience is required. The position also requires the ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
