As the District Retail Merchandiser, you will improve the consumer buying experience by creating and implementing merchandising solutions in the Pittsburgh area.

The District Retail Merchandiser will have the opportunity to:

• Cultivate relationships with in-store personnel
• Execute merchandising resets, build retail displays, and manage merchandising of impulse items
• Implement planograms, build displays, place new items, and rotate stock
• Participate in the design of plan-o-grams and other merchandising solutions
• Fill in for Territory Sales Manager as needed
• Train for future opportunities as Territory Sales Manager
• Overnight travel will be required

A successful candidate will possess:

• Excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with business partners
• Self-starter, quick learner, strong attention to detail, able to work independently and in a team
• Comfortable in changing environments
• Ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodation: standing and walking up to 8 hours, lifting up to 75 lbs., crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• High school diploma and 2 years’ experience in merchandising
• Retail hardware experience is a plus
• Computer literacy
