Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a district of store personnel to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate promotions, merchandising, and store displays across locations.
• Oversee operations, inventory checks, scheduling, and loss prevention coordination.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard Retail Store Managers and staff; administer disciplinary actions when needed.
• Communicate company goals and promotions to district team and leadership.
• Travel 75% to supervise and support stores and drive district performance.
