Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a District Operations Lead to coach and develop a team of Retail Managers and hourly staff across the district.

You will use metrics to set goals and drive improvements in each store, while ensuring alignment with guest experience, cleanliness, and brand standards. The role requires at least 5 years of management experience, including 2 years in Retail Management at Cracker Barrel, and a willingness to travel within the district and work holidays

• Proven success managing retail operations across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district.
• Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a district team of Retail Managers and hourly staff.

• Partner with Restaurant District Manager to align guest experience and brand standards.
• Manage store performance and profitability across the district.
• Visit stores regularly to ensure operational excellence and support teams.
