Job summary

CVS Health District Support Pharmacists (DSPs) play a critical role in pharmacy operations across the district, covering shifts and supporting the Pharmacy Manager and district leadership. You will help manage dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and patient safety while traveling between stores to cover scheduling gaps.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on a task over a period of time and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
