Job summary

CVS Health in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to help lead pharmacy operations across stores in the district. You will cover shifts, support the Pharmacy Manager, and coach the team to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

You will oversee dispensing, immunizations, and workflow, travel as needed within the district, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while providing compassionate service to patients.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as needed.
• Attend work on a regular and predictable schedule, including weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframes.
• Concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Deliver strong customer service and collaborate with the pharmacy team.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Accurately confirm prescription information and labeling for patient safety.
• Resolve patient or colleague issues professionally.
• Lift, reach, and move items as part of daily duties.
• Attend to additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
