Job summary

CVS Health in Florida is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to help cover shifts across stores and support a pharmacy team. You will supervise dispensing, immunizations, patient counseling and ensure compliance with safety and law while acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.

You’ll travel within the district, fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled, manage inventory, protect cold chain products, and support patient access to care through clinical services, testing and prescribing

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores within the district.
• Oversee pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy duties.
• Assist with safe and accurate dispensing, patient counseling and immunizations.
• Support inventory management and protect cold chain products across pharmacies.
• Contribute to patient access to care via clinical services where permissible.
