AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Territory Manager to oversee district operations, safety, and customer experience under the Territory Manager. You will manage staffing, budget, and training to drive productivity and safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma plus 5+ years in management; propane industry experience is a plus; strong MS Office skills are required. This is a full-time on-site role in the assigned district.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, college degree strongly preferred.
• Five or more years’ experience in a management role; experience in propane industry is a plus.
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Safety Management: oversee all safety aspects in the district and ensure policy compliance.
• Customer Experience: prioritize customers and address issues to improve the experience.
• Operational Efficiency: coordinate with Service and Delivery Coordinators to meet performance metrics.
• Team Management: plan and manage staffing, training, and performance appraisals.
• Review district performance reports and dashboards metrics.
