We’re on the hunt for a District Operations Manager looking to relocate to Kentucky (Louisville or Lexington) or Ohio (Columbus or Cincinnati) to help lead and grow multiple markets across the U.S. North.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll drive market expansion, build strong partnerships, support great teams, and keep operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for making things happen—from solving problems in real time to keeping an eye on financial performance and mentoring team leads.

Relocation Support:

We’re excited to offer relocation assistance for the right person who’s ready to make a move to one of our core markets in Kentucky (Louisville or Lexington) or Ohio (Columbus or Cincinnati). If you’re open to relocating and passionate about making an impact in hospitality, we’d love to support you through the transition.

Traveling: This role includes around 80% travel, so you’ll need to be comfortable hitting the road often.

What You Will Do...

  • Build strong relationships with clients and decision-makers—you're the go-to person they trust
  • Spot growth opportunities and work with leadership to create smart, strategic staffing plans
  • Step in when challenges arise, from assisting the branches with recruiting/onboarding to offering high-level solutions that strengthen partnerships
  • Empower market teams to deliver outstanding service and bring the HotelPro Difference to life
  • Align team efforts with client goals to ensure smooth, successful execution
  • Lead with positivity and inclusivity—your teams should feel supported, valued, and motivated
  • Mentor market leaders to grow their impact, elevate performance, and create space for others to thrive
  • Keep a pulse on market trends, client feedback, and team insights to drive smart, strategic decisions
  • Champion training, development, and performance tools that set teams up for success
  • Collaborate closely with market leaders on performance, accountability, and results
  • Use Salesforce and other tools to track performance, find opportunities, and refine strategy
  • Drive business development through strong partnerships, referrals, and a hands-on leadership style
  • Explore new market opportunities to fuel long-term growth.

What Can You Bring...

  • Open to relocation to Kentucky (Louisville - Lexington) or Ohio (Columbus - Cincinnati)
  • Comfortable with 80% travel across markets
  • 5+ years in senior leadership in hospitality
  • 3+ years managing budgets and financial planning
  • 2+ years in B2B or outside sales
  • You've led multiple locations and know how to juggle it all
  • Ability to jump in and assist with entry level tasks such as recruiting/onboarding, payroll, when needed, etc...
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style
  • Able to manage different teams and work settings with ease
  • Strong computer skills and quick to learn new tools
  • Valid driver's license
