Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group in Des Moines, IA is seeking a District Manager to lead accounts within an assigned district, coordinating with regional teams to preserve business, grow key accounts, and supervise provider and technician networks supporting maintenance contracts.

You will perform site inspections, manage KPIs, travel extensively, handle budgets, and contribute to strategic initiatives while ensuring high quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or relative experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM software is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License; must provide own vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Significant on-site activity (90%) and willingness to travel to support districts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district with Regional Manager and National Accounts.
• Perform site inspections and property audits to identify opportunities for additional services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providers and technicians in the district.
• Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base to ensure quality delivery of services.
• Meet KPIs including weekly visits and revenue targets while staying within budget.
• Provide market information and contribute to short/long-term strategies.
• Lead RFP initiatives and negotiate with providers to meet financial goals.
• Manage district travel expenses and respond to customer requests with urgency.
• Support insurance claim investigations as needed.
