Community Concierge Services (CCS) is rapidly growing in the Charlotte area. CCS provides doorstep waste and recycling solutions to apartment communities 5-7 evenings per week and is currently seeking a motivated individual to assist in managing evening valet trash operations based in North Charlotte, including surrounding areas. The District Manager will focus on evening valet trash services and some daytime operations. A truck stipend or company vehicle will be provided. This position offers significant growth potential for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing a part-time workforce
• Proactive problem solving to resolve issues related to service and staffing
• Ensuring all routes are covered with porters and filling in as needed
• Working with porters to meet CCS expectations and conducting quality audits
• Collaborating with the Regional Manager to staff new or replacement porters
• Resolving issues with porters during service
• Performing service audits post-route completion
• Assisting in rolling out new communities, including distributing containers, marketing materials, and staffing
• Completing payroll for assigned communities

Flexibility in work days allows you to work at your own pace in the evenings. You may work remotely or at communities during the daytime. Evening operations start at 6:00 pm and typically conclude by 11:45 pm, with all routes covered each night. Weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday) may be required, usually from 7 pm to 10 pm.

An open bed pickup truck is required for this position. A truck stipend and fuel stipend will be provided.

This role may require out-of-town travel as needed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in time management, able to communicate clearly, physically capable of demanding work, and eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
