Community Concierge Services (CCS) is rapidly growing in the greater Columbia, SC area. CCS provides doorstep waste and recycling solutions to apartment communities 5-7 evenings per week. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to assist in managing evening valet trash operations based in Charlotte, including surrounding areas. The District Manager will focus on evening valet trash services and will be provided with a company vehicle. This position offers significant growth potential for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage a part-time workforce.
  • Proactively address issues related to service and staffing with problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure all routes are covered with porters and fill in as needed on assigned properties.
  • Work with current porters to meet CCS expectations and conduct quality audits.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Manager to staff new porters for new or existing properties.
  • Resolve issues with porters during valet trash services.
  • Perform service audits after route completion.
  • Assist in rolling out new communities, including distributing containers, marketing materials, and staffing.
  • Complete payroll for assigned communities.
Work Schedule:

Flexible days and the ability to work at your own pace in the evenings. Operations begin at 6:00 pm and typically conclude by 11:45 pm, with all routes covered each night. Weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday) may be required, usually from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The role may involve out-of-town travel as needed.
