Qualifications

• Several years of experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store setting.
• Proven track record of managing multiple store locations.
• Understanding of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, and store layout.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to retail operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies to improve store performance.
• Proficiency in inventory management and loss prevention.
• Customer service excellence and problem-solving abilities with high organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A valid driver's license is required for daily travel between stores.
