Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a District Office Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Division Vice President. The role will manage office logistics, schedules, travel arrangements, and reporting to ensure client satisfaction through responsive communication and clear policy guidance.

The ideal candidate has a HS Diploma or GED (bachelor's preferred), 2+ years in administration, and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce. This is an in-person role based in St.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce software.
  • Experience in or interest in the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support Division Vice President(s) with correspondence, presentation materials, and other administrative functions.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the division office, including mail, supplies, and sales literature.
  • Manage the Division Vice President's schedule and make appropriate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain Division compliance files and logs.
  • Prepare and process the Division Vice President's expense reports.
  • Create and distribute statistical reports tracking financial professionals' progress on assigned goals.
  • Provide loyalty-building service to clients by answering incoming phone calls/requests/emails.
  • Communicate policy information and company procedures effectively to all clients.

Who You'll Work With

This role reports to the Divisional Vice President aligned to the designated office.

About The Role

Skills and Qualifications

  • An individual with a HS Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative experience

  • Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce software
  • Experience in or interest in the Financial Services industry
Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial's St. Louis, MO or Shreveport LA office.

Estimated Travel

May include up to 25% travel.
