Seminole Independent School District is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the district's child nutrition program. You will oversee operations across campuses, plan nutritionally compliant menus, and manage budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidate has a degree in a related field, certifications, and proven experience in school nutrition leadership. The role involves staff supervision, scheduling, and coordination with districts and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent school nutrition experience.
• Strong knowledge of USDA meal patterns and TDA guidelines.
• Experience budgeting, purchasing, and compliance with health standards.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee all district food service and cafeteria operations across multiple campuses.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate menus to meet USDA/TDA standards.
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget and oversee purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, TDA, and health regulations and audits.
• Hire, train, and supervise cafeteria managers and staff; manage schedules.
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and distributors about menus and billing.
