Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a District Marketing Manager to lead on-campus marketing, engage guests through social media and surveys, and drive sales across meal plans, retail, residential experiences and catering.

You will supervise campus marketing efforts, develop annual plans, partner with university staff on sustainability and nutrition initiatives, plan events, and create collateral under the Director of Marketing and Guest Experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum of three years marketing experience with Higher Ed experience preferred.
• Ability to present to large groups.
• Knowledge of merchandising and promotions.
• Excellent writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities of and directs all marketing efforts on campus.
• Develops and manages annual marketing plans for campus operations to achieve sales goals and measure results.
• Collaborates with university partners to support sustainability, nutrition initiatives, and residential life.
• Coordinates programming and events, leading a diverse committee of university and Chartwells participants.
• Creates and distributes collateral; ensures alignment with Marketing and Guest Experience leadership.
