Eurest, a Compass Group company, is hiring a District Manager to oversee a corporate dining account across multiple locations in the Western region. You will lead Directors of Dining Services and Executive Chefs, ensuring financial performance and client satisfaction while maintaining high hospitality standards.

You will drive growth opportunities, manage budgeting and forecasting, and coach senior teams to deliver exceptional foodservice across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five to seven years of contract foodservice management experience, preferably in Corporate Dining or Business & Industry (B&I).
• Experience leading multiple locations within a large corporate dining account.
• Strong client relationship management skills and executive presence.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
• Experience managing high-volume foodservice, catering, and hospitality operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Multi-unit leadership experience with responsibility for both operational and financial results.

• Drive food quality, safety, hospitality standards, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and enhanced service delivery.

Job Summary

Working as a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a Corporate Dining account with multiple locations.
