Eurest in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Chef Manager to lead both culinary and food service operations. This role emphasizes inventory control, menu development, cost management, and local sourcing for high-quality meals in corporate settings.

The ideal candidate has strong HACCP knowledge, 3+ years in culinary management within contract foodservice, and a focus on sustainability and food cost controls. Exposition cooking experience is a plus, with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a working knowledge of HACCP.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Experience with exposition cooking needed.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
