Columbia Distributing is seeking a District Manager (Team Lead) in Anchorage to guide sales reps and oversee territory execution. The role entails driving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while supervising staff and collaborating with internal teams.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and 3–5 years in beverage sales management with strong MS Office and AS400 skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and travel is required.

Summary
The District Manager directly and indirectly oversees the execution of the sales goals in their territory. They provide guidance and supervision to Sales Representatives and Sales Associates.
