You will play a pivotal role in leading a team of professionals, driving operational efficiency, and fostering strong client relationships.****Duties & Responsibilities***** Oversee all aspects of district operations including lake assessments, vegetation management, water quality testing, and aquatic habitat restoration.* Develop and implement strategic plans to meet district goals and objectives.* Monitor and manage district budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to lake and pond management.* Recruit, train, and mentor a team of lake technicians and specialists.* Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.* Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the district, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.* Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.* Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and participate in client presentations.* Ensure that all services provided meet the company's quality standards and exceed client expectations.* Conduct site inspections and audits to assess the effectiveness of lake management activities.* Implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or deficiencies.* Prepare regular reports on district performance, including key metrics, financial analysis, and operational updates.* Analyze data trends and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization.* Provide recommendations for strategic initiatives and process enhancements.****Candidate Requirements********Education***** Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Natural Resource Management, or related field is highly desired, Master's degree preferred.****Experience***** Minimum of 5 years of experience in lake and pond management, with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.****Skills & Competencies***** Proven experience in lake and pond management, including aquatic vegetation control, water quality management, and habitat restoration.* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of professionals.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.* Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in lake and pond management.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.* Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence and willingness to travel within the assigned district as needed.#Rentokil100**Why Choose Us?** A career with the Rentokil family of companies can be a professional trajectory filled with opportunity.
