  • Develop and implement regular training plans to ensure consistency across stores.
  • Partner with corporate retail leadership to support marketing initiatives and local growth opportunities.
  • Analyze sales results and trends to develop and execute business plans that achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure store managers are trained on inventory control and operational procedures.
  • Monitor inventory mix and merchandise presentation to maximize sales results.
  • Conduct store visits to support teams, coach leaders, and resolve issues.
  • Support grassroots marketing initiatives within local markets.
  • Ensure customer service standards are delivered consistently across locations.
  • Assist with operational audits and process improvements.
  • Communicate company initiatives, programs, and promotions effectively across store teams.

This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who can drive business performance through coaching, training, and operational excellence. The District Manager will reside in or near the Phoenix area and travel to retail stores in the region, as well as periodically to corporate offices and other locations across the U.S.

Job Description - District Manager - Retail
Field Support Management:

  • Experience managing multiple departments and employee relations issues preferred
  • Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time, as business needs require
  • Strong passion for leadership, operational excellence, and business growth
