This leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, talent development, and exceptional customer experiences across the district while bringing POP MART's unique brand and culture to life.As District Manager, you will serve as a strategic business partner to Store Managers, empowering them to build high-performing teams, execute company initiatives, and achieve operational and financial goals. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
