Haffner’s is seeking a District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple convenience store locations within a designated district, hiring and developing store managers, and driving sales and profitability.

You will ensure compliance with company policies, address customer concerns, and develop strategies to improve store performance while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. Travel between sites is required.

Job Overview:

Haffner’s is seeking a District Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. Our District Manager is pivotal in implementing the company’s policies, procedures, and desire to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. Works closely with store employees to ensure the daily routine and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policies.

Compensation: 73K - 90K Yearly Based on experience

Requirements

This is an exempt position requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week.

The Candidate must be available for a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends as the business dictates.

A significant amount of travel between stores is required.
