CubeSmart is seeking a District Manager in Training to lead daily operations and learn store management through an intensive training program. The role involves customer interaction, sales management, and operational responsibilities. CubeSmart is currently seeking a District Manager in Training. While managing the daily operations of one of our facilities, the District Manager in Training will participate in an intensive six to twelve-month training program to acquire operational and managerial knowledge, learn about outstanding store performance, and gain exposure to all aspects of CubeSmart’s business. Upon successful completion, the trainee will have the opportunity to become a District Manager.

The DMT program focuses on four strategic areas: (i) store performance, (ii) operational knowledge, (iii) leadership and management, and (iv) real-life application of skills. Graduates of the program may oversee a territory of stores as a District Manager, with relocation being essential.
