Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a District Service Manager for our Raleigh, NC in-office location. You will lead a team of Account Managers and technicians, drive service and repair projects, and ensure financial performance for the district.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 6+ years in commercial HVAC service with 4+ years in leadership. Strong P&L and collaboration skills are essential to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years related experience and/or training within the commercial HVAC service industry or parallel industry.
• 10+ years of related experience preferred.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Leadership experience in Service, Sales, and Operations.
• H1, H2, and/or H3 HVAC Licensing, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans, strategies and objectives to ensure quotas and financial plans are met or exceeded.
• Manage district P&L and deliver on financial goals (revenue and operating income).
• Lead Account Managers and the fulfillment team to enable growth in service, repair, complex turnkey and energy solution projects.
• Build and maintain rapport with internal and external business partners to ensure sales objectives are communicated and achieved.
• Provide leadership for the service team, including Service Coordinators, Account Managers, and Technicians; coach and develop employees.
