Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Sales, military, or related leadership experience considered an asset.
• Residence or relocation to central region relative to assignment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and service operations across multiple locations.
• Drive district growth and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.
• Coach and develop management and field staff.
• Manage expenses and monitor district performance.
