Job summary

Prime QSR in Alabama is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Managers and Assistants, driving guest service, sales growth, and profit attainment. The role involves hands-on leadership across multiple units, staff development, and strict adherence to company policies.

The District Manager will oversee staffing, training, marketing execution, inventory controls, and quarterly performance reviews, while aligning with the company’s values and objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience, including direct supervision of multiple General Managers across restaurant units.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record developing creative, targeted sales-building strategies.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to work in a restaurant environment, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise. Conduct a Daily Business Review on every restaurant call.
• Ensure restaurants are 100% staffed with quality, friendly teams who are scheduled effectively.
• Increase sales by teaching, training, and coaching teams to deliver Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed of Service. Conduct an Area Operations Review (AOR) quarterly.
• Ensure a bench of A players through effective execution of training and succession planning.
• Attain the District P&L Budget Plan; ensure profitability by reviewing weekly and periodic paperwork for controls and accuracy.
• Work lunch and dinner shifts; lead with a hands-on District Manager approach to guest service.
• Recruit and hire management to staff all restaurants, maintaining a talent bench for growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including POP and menu board elements; lead new product training.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm and commitment to Prime QSR's objectives.
• Audit inventory quarterly; maintain correct levels and equipment with approved vendors.
• Prepare annual sales/profit forecast with General Managers.
