Job summary

Kid To Kid Franchise System, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Atlanta-area locations within SRG’s Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate system.

You will manage 3–5 stores, guide 8–15 team members per location, and drive sales while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Ideal candidates are organized, reliable and excellent communicators with a demonstrated ability to lead retail teams, read reports, and train staff for performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in a retail setting is required.
• Excellent communication skills and an upbeat, friendly personality are essential.
• Highly organized, reliable and able to train and develop store teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3–5 stores and teams of 8–15 people with room for growth.
• Average 45–55 hours per week across multiple locations.
• Provide guidance and support to store managers and read sales reports; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Lead and mentor staff, deliver training, and uphold exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate inventory pricing using our buying software and organize merchandising across stores.
• Operate the boutique with passion, teaching sales best practices to staff.
