The role involves overseeing operations for five to seven units and leading management teams to drive sales and profitability while developing professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant management teams to drive sales and profitability.
• Enforce financial controls, operational standards, policies and procedures across all sites.
• Develop professional abilities of unit management staff.
• Ensure a positive experience for customers and a positive work environment for all employees.

Qualifications
