Job summary

Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts is seeking a District Manager to lead 5-7 Dunkin' restaurants in the Tuscaloosa area. You will coach Restaurant Managers, ensure brand standards, and guide operations to deliver an excellent guest experience.

You will drive sales, optimize profitability, and manage labor, food costs, and cash controls across the portfolio while traveling between locations as needed. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses; review P&L and improve profitability.
• Set goals, monitor performance, and hold managers accountable for results.
• Partner with franchise ownership and Dunkin Brand Field Operations; lead district meetings.

Job description

The District Manager provides leadership, coaching, and direction to approximately 5-7 Dunkin' restaurants. The DM is responsible for developing Restaurant Managers, driving sales and profitability, ensuring Brand standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Develop future leaders and maintain strong management teams.

Operations & Brand Standards

• Ensure restaurants meet Dunkin' Brand, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and follow up on action plans.
• Ensure successful execution of LTOs, promotions, new products, and Brand initiatives.

Sales & Guest Experience

• Drive sales, transactions, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Understand local market and competitor trends.
• Coach teams on speed, service, accuracy, and hospitality.
• Support local marketing and sales-building initiatives.

Financial Performance

• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses.
• Review sales and P&L performance and create action plans to improve profitability.
• Ensure proper cash handling and operational controls.

Communication & Execution

• Set clear goals and expectations for each restaurant.
• Analyze performance and hold managers accountable for results.
• Partner with franchise ownership and Dunkin' Brand Field Operations.
• Lead district meetings and communicate company priorities.
