Job summary

STORAGE STAR MANAGEMENT LLC seeks a District Manager to lead multiple properties, recruit and develop teams, and drive store performance across our portfolio. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with corporate for consistency and growth.

You will visit sites regularly, ensure compliance, and push continuous improvement in operations, sales, and customer experience. A strong track record in multi-unit leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multi-unit experience.
• Proven track record in hiring and promoting talent.
• Educating and coaching teams for performance.
• Experience managing schedules, timecards, and budgets.
• Strong focus on customer experience and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Lead weekly training and drive adherence to standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and timecards.
• Oversee audits, safety and compliance, and CAPEX planning.
• Drive local marketing, pricing, and operational budgets.
• Ensure strong P/L ownership and financial performance.
