Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Regional Manager in Rockwall, TX. You will act as the main link between headquarters and regional branches, ensuring policy adherence and driving sales growth while maintaining strong customer relations.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, enforce company guidelines, and lead a team across multiple locations. The role requires 75% travel within home and surrounding markets, with food safety certification and a valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team. Your primary responsibilities include acting as the key link between the headquarters and the assigned region’s branches, staying up-to-date with company policies, ensuring focus on increased sales, and building productive customer relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of the region’s day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• Multi-unit restaurant management experience in fast-casual restaurant concepts, preferred
• Proficient in restaurant operations, front/ back of house, and point of sale systems
• Experienced in leading a team through objective measures of performance
• Advanced understanding of the decision-making process, deliverable prioritization, and timelines
• Advanced ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivating assigned teams
• Strong understanding of restaurant functions, including training, recruiting, and delegating certain tasks
• Requires 75% travel within the home and surrounding markets
• Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.
• Must have Food Safety Manager Certification upon hire
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and insurance upon hire
