Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a District Manager to lead 15+ store teams across the Rock Hill area. You will drive profitability, customer service, and safety, while mentoring store managers and implementing efficient district-wide processes.

You will recruit and develop leaders, manage budgets, and ensure operational excellence across merchandising, operations, and expense control. Travel up to 50% is required to support district operations.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required (bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • At least 5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in multi-store leadership.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with ability to build an effective team.
  • Ability to analyze, organize and present information with focus on results.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • HR and asset protection skills.

Responsibilities
