Job summary

Papa John’s Lafayette district is seeking a District Director to oversee operations across multiple locations and drive sales growth while maintaining brand standards. You will lead people, implement sales initiatives, and ensure consistent customer experiences.

The role requires at least 4 years of QSR management experience, minimum high school diploma, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage several units in the Lafayette area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience supervising Restaurant General Managers in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Bachelor-level degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma is mandatory.
• Experience developing sales-building strategies for multiple restaurants to maximize sales and earnings.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Able to meet the physical demands of a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across the district, ensuring adherence to company policies and driving performance through sales growth and customer relationships.
• Direct and develop Restaurant General Managers across 4–10 units to achieve targets and uphold Papa John’s standards.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, keep teams aligned with company policies, and drive performance through sales growth and strong customer relationships. Your leadership ensures each branch delivers results while upholding company standards.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the Quick Service Management Restaurant (QSR) industry is required, with proven success supervising Restaurant General Managers for four to ten units.
• A High School Diploma is required. A BSc/BA or MSc/MA in Business or a relevant field is preferred.
• Previous experience developing creative and targeted sales-building strategies for assigned company restaurants to ensure optimal sales and earnings.
• Familiarity with positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
