Inizio Engage seeks a District Manager in the Houston area to lead a pharmaceutical sales district. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, and execute strategic plans to meet sales and client objectives.
This role requires a bachelor's degree, 5+ years in pharma/biotech or healthcare sales, and 2–3 years in sales leadership. Travel across the district is expected as you partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure compliance.
We are seeking a performance-driven District Manager who is passionate about developing high-performing teams, driving business results, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare. This role is responsible for leading a district sales team, developing and executing district business strategies, coaching and developing field representatives, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales and business objectives across the assigned geography. This position requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and motivate others while navigating a complex healthcare environment. The District Manager will partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to execute client initiatives, optimize district performance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The base pay range for this position is $100K – $186K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
