Job summary

LUV Car Wash in Pennsylvania is seeking a high-energy District Manager to oversee five locations across the state. You will lead General Managers, drive performance, and ensure financial success.

You will develop your teams, manage daily operations, monitor budgets, and coordinate regional goals with the Regional Director of Operations. This role demands hands-on leadership, accountability for results, and a commitment to growth in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or similar concentration required.
• 3+ years of District Manager experience (Car Wash and/or F&B preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and develop management teams across multiple sites.
• Manage daily operations of multiple stores to meet company goals.
• Provide daily activities for all on-staff employees in various roles.
• Grow and develop the regional management team across locations.
• Coordinate with leadership on goals for membership and retention.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and budget planning.
• Analyze budgets to identify cost reductions and opportunities.
• Promote organization in all aspects of site management.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor sales and labor analyses and act on opportunities identified.
• Collaborate with GMs on brand awareness strategies for the region.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

General Summary of Duties:

We are looking for a self‑motivated and high energy individual to drive performance in this region. The focus of the District Manager is the development of their respective management teams and the financial success of the stores within their district.

Reports To: Regional Director of Operations

Supervises: General Managers

FLSA Status: Exempt

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Occasional ability to travel on short notice.

Essential Functions:

District Manager should have daily conversations with Managers going through their numbers from the previous day.

• Work with GMs on a strategic approach for improving brand awareness within the market.
• Manage the business and daily operations of multiple sites to achieve company goals.
• Provide daily activities for all on-staff employees that range from loading, cleaning and customer service and interaction.
• Growth and Development of the management team across multiple locations.
• Coordinate with Regional Director of Operations on daily, monthly, yearly goals for membership sales and membership retention.
• Responsible for the result of their location’s accounting and financial reporting.
• Analyze budget expectations to identify areas in which reductions can be made.
• Promote organization in all aspects of site management.
• Ensure the site operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work with Regional Director of Operations in budget planning.
• Monitor sales/labors analysis at the district level and work with General Managers to execute opportunities identified.
• Work with General Managers/Supervisors on a strategic approach for improving brand awareness within the region.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or similar concentration required.
